I'm a second year student. I have been flatting for the past 3 years so i'm not new to the flatting experience and i'm aware of what is expected of me as a tenant. I'm a tidy person and i would not be having any parties where i live.

I am only looking to rent 1 room. I'm not in the country at the moment and i wouldnt be able to view the place. So it would helpful of you to provide good pictures of the place and details about the flat (including rent and such)
